Course Description

This two day class offers a fast introduction to the Credence software for SZ products SPACE (SZ Programming and ATE Control Environment) for service technicians. A brief introduction to UNIX is given at course begining, before addressing SPACE. Central topics are the usage of data logging, the offered statistical tools and the handling of regular and self test programs. Notice: The class is given only on Monday and Tuesday to lay the foundation for the following Service Training.

Prerequisites

General knowledge of electronic circuit technology is required.
The ability to understand spoken and written English is necessary (course language is English)
