QUARTET/DUO BASIC MAINTENANCE TRAINING - COURSE #6094

Course Length

5 Days (Basic system - 4 Days / Analog system - 1 Day)

Course Description

The purpose of this training course is to develop the skills necessary to maintain the Quartet/Duo systems at the board level. Upon completion of the course, the attendee is able to troubleshoot and repair all system problems, and calibrate and maintain system performance to published operating specifications. Troubleshooting is taught at the system board level. The attendee is taught the system hardware theory of operation, and how to troubleshoot using all the supportable maintenance software programs.

Prerequisites

The prospective attendee should be familiar with VLSI system hardware, and have a good background in electronics. Familiarity with the operating system software (UNIX) is highly recommended, but not mandatory.
