Course Description

This course introduces the student to the Diamond Series APG software and hardware capabilities. The student learns how to develop solutions for embedded memory using the APG features of the Diamond Series test system. This is achieved through a combination of lectures and lab exercises. After completing this class, students are able to develop and debug test programs using the APG features for testing embedded memory devices.
