Course Description

This course introduces students to the Sapphire QBIX mixed signal instrument and software environment. This is achieved through a combination of lectures and lab exercises.

Upon completion of the course, the student is able to: Develop and debug device test programs to test mixed signals using the QBIX instrument, digitized pattern generation, and digitized capture features of the D-4032. In addition, the student will be able to develop pure analog tests using XTOS software and will be comfortable with the multi-domain test approach.

  • Basic Mixed Signal Test Theory
