A healthy body and healthy mind go hand in hand. That's why Credence has installed workout rooms at most of our locations, and why we offer discounted health club memberships. Take advantage of a good workout to refresh your mind and body for the rest of the day!

Food & Drink

Credence operates excellent onsite cafeterias at both the Milpitas and Hillsboro facilities, featuring a variety of menus including Heart Healthy and Thrifty (discount) choices.

And when you crave a break and a pick-me-up, you won't have to go far. Coffee and Tea stations are located throughout Credence facilities featuring local gourmet beverages at no cost. When you're ready, so's the coffee.

Fun

Part of what makes Credence—or any company—a great place to work is getting to know coworkers outside meeting rooms. Our recreation committees plan events to get people together socially all year long — lunchtime barbecues and holiday breakfasts, book sales, athletic events; nearly every month there's some sort of fun activity. These employee groups also organize some of the charitable activities Credence participates in, giving employees the opportunity to get involved and make a difference.

Credence provides its employees with access to United Behavioral Health's website, liveandworkwell.com, a national resource for employees regarding many types of family issues, including local childcare options, resource and referral information, online counseling, school and college databases, and adoption resources.
